| Representative Fallin: |
| I understand that you have cosponsored H. Con. Res. 362. This bill is an act of war against Iran. First of all, we are unable to inspect all that comes in and goes out of the U.S. which would be more prudent to U.S. security. I would certainly ask you to support such a bill, if it was before Congress to inspect all that goes in and out of the United States, but to inspect the goings in and goings out of another country, should they object, it would mean war. As of yet, we have no real evidence of any wrong doing that would warrant such inspections and this is NOT one nation under a small group of people from Israel who neither pay taxes or vote. Why are we doing their bidding? In a recent op-ed in the Washington Times, Cyrus Bina and Sam Gardiner point out that proper diplomacy has not failed or succeeded yet because it has not yet been tried, and the blockade called for in this bill virtually guarantees a military confrontation between the United States and Iran. I hope in this matter you will represent me, your voting public and forgo the interests of a small group from Israel with lots of money who don't even represent their own people, much less citizens of the United States. As always this letter will be shared with friends and posted to all my blogs. Please let me know the actions you plan to take regarding this bill. |
